Types of Securities Trading Account

Riches Depot Securities Co., Limited currently provides the following three different types of accounts for selection :
1. Cash Account
2. Custodian Account
3. Electronic Stock Trading Account

Supporting Documents for Account Opening :

A. Individual/ Joint Account:
1. The originals and copies of Identity card/valid passport/valid Exit-Entry Permit to HK/Macau of the applicant;
2. Copies of Residential Address proof issued within three months, e.g. Bank Statement or utility bill, property proof, income tax bill, etc.

Ｂ　Corporate Account:

Copies of the following documents certified by Company Director or Lawyer/ Certified Public Accountant
For Hong Kong Companies	For Overseas Companies
The Certification of Incorporation Memorandum and Articles of Association with all of its subsequent amending resolutions Latest Audited Financial Statements Latest Annual Return with its subsequent amending documents Business Registration Certificate List of Directors and List of Shareholders (Copy of the latest Form AR1 OR Form D1 plus Subsequent Form D2)	The Certification of Incorporation Memorandum and Articles of Association with all of its subsequent amending resolutions Latest Audited Financial Statements Letter of Guarantee   List of Directors List of Shareholders

• Minutes of Meeting of the Board of Directors approving the opening of the Security Account and Authorized officers to operate the account
  (According to company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, minutes of meeting needs to be signed by prescribed number of directors)
• Copies of Identity Cards, Passports of the following persons or copies of the Certification of Incorporation
  1) Director(s)     2) Representative(s) authorized to give dealing instructions    
  3) Guarantor    4) Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) of the account
• Letter of Guarantee (Individual/ Corporate)
• Copy of Residential Address Proof of the Guarantor(s) (e.g. bank statements or utility bills issued within latest three months)

Procedures to open a Securities Trading Account:

1. Download Account Opening Form through online application and return the signed agreement with all supporting documents to our office:

   Unit 3201, No. 9 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong

   Please enclose your personal cheque:

   1. The cheque must be made payable to “Riches Depot Securities Co., Limited” with an amount not less then HK$10,000.00;
   2. The cheque must be drawn on your Hong Kong Dollar Bank Account with a licensed bank in Hong Kong;
   3. The pre-printed name on the cheque must be the same as the name on the Account Opening Form;
   4. The signature on the cheque must be the same as the Account Opening Form;

   The Securities Trading Account will only be activated after the relevant cheque is cleared.

   Our customer service manager will contact you as soon as we receive your application.

2. Bring along all the supporting documents and come to our office in person for the account opening .
   Office Hours : Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
   Closed : Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
